What does the course offer?
It is a difficult time after a critical incident has occurred for the staff to reflect objectively upon the event.
It can be helpful for each individual to determine for themselves in a safe environment, what part they played, and what they can learn from the experience that may serve them better when moving forward.
Back to life can provide an objective, sensitive, and confidential debriefing service to support the staff and to enable them to explore whether there are any areas that could be developed and/or improved going forward.
